Careful, this company is unprofessional and will keep your money against your will! I booked a transfer with them, and after the travel restrictions of the Corona Crises I had to cancel my booking. I got an e-mail by one of their support managers which asked me whether I would like to have the company keep my money as a deposit for a later booking or whether I wanted my money returned. I chose the second option and got my preference confirmed by the same manager. A couple of weeks later I realized that they didn’t return the money but that, now, I had a deposit on my account. I wrote a message to ask what was happening, and got a message from another support manager that gettransfer decided to change their user agreement and they did not realise there would be so much to do so they didn’t have the time to inform clients about the fact that they stopped refunding money and had the deposit system now. After telling them that I never agreed to this, and I would never travel with them again and that I wanted me money refunded (as it was confirmed in written form before), they answered that the money could be used to travel with them again (?!) and that I may request the money at a later time.
This is fraud and absolutely, highly unprofessional! It is nothing but outrageous. If you book with this company, they will decide to change their user agreements (without your consent, without informing you) and keep your money. Don’t book!
