Book taxi transfer in January for a trip in March. My trip was cancelled and I requested a refund which I received an email saying I would get my refund. This week I received an email saying I can have a voucher or wait for my refund when Covid 19 has gone. Needless to say I’ve sent back email after email which I’ve received no reply. I’m so mad. My husband and I haven’t worked for 7 weeks. They had no problem taking my money in January. Never use them very bad service. Suzanne
