Don't EVER use this company, especially during Covid. We had a transfer booked from Heathrow after our return from Cyprus but my wife tested positive for Covid. Understanding and help from this company was ZERO, all they were interested in was quoting their draconian cancellation policy. I don't think that they realise we are in a global pandemic and certainly DON'T CARE ! As we cancelled within 48 hours ( which every client waiting for a Covid test result will miss) we will lose all our money, over 250 pound. PLEASE USE SOMEONE ELSE.
