I have ordered a service at Vienna Airport a week ago. Flight was in time. Driver never showed up. When trying to contact him there was only voicemail.
When contacting Gettransfer and saking for my money to be refunded i was pit on hold with cheap excused that they are currently trying to contact their 'quality' department....what an sad joke. They never refunded the money and i had to ask my creditcard company to block this payment. WHAT A SCAM !!
