Do not use Get. They do not care about the customer. I booked a transfer with them. The driver was 1 hour late for a 30 minute ride. Asked for a partial refund and they refused. Even a small refund as a gesture of goodwill would have gone a long way.
I get it that they do not own the cars or run the transfers and are essentially a marketplace for local companies, but they should have the responsibility to look after the customer and make it right if something goes wrong.
