Sadly yet another company who just want to take your money no matter what. I paid £471 up front for airport/ skiing transfers but when France closed its borders to British travellers I this Xmas we tried to cancel the transfers. They cancelled them but refuse to offer a refund despite the trip being well in the future (still!) and within the cancellation period. The transfers were for a party of 7 and I need to pay everyone back the money we spent out now the trip can’t go ahead. I explained this several times to Get Transfer via phone and email and still they will not refund. I’m afraid I have to advise don’t use this company, they will take your money and keep it regardless of all reasonable cancellation period. They will refer to a user agreement. Let’s give them less users. Please share this review. I’ll be sharing on socials in the new year.
