If i could give less than 1 star i would. This company is utterly useless in all facets. Driver was not at the airport when we arrived. The contact number for the driver either rang out or was straight to voicemail (probably cancelled the call!). The head office number never answered. I forwarded my complaint to the given email address and was informed their so called Quality Assurance Department were looking into it and would contact me. Its been over two weeks and despite numerous messages since i have still had no contact from them. They are a scam company and from seeing other reviews looks like they fleece people for their money without any intention of sorting a transfer out.
