This company is illegally withholding funds of thousands of customers. DO NOT USE. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Google this abomination of a company to see all the people who paid for transfers only for there to be none and for the company to illegally keep their money. DO NOT USE. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I booked return transfers from the airport and when we arrived we spent ages looking with heavy bags to find out there was no transfer. We rang the driver who said no and then hung up on us. We were left stranded in the airport on Christmas eve. I am pregnant and my husband has a disability. We then had to find and pay for alternative transfers which was at a further cost to us. I have contacted the company 13 times requesting a refund of the money I paid. The company is refusing to do so which is illegal and in breach of the European Consumer Protection Code. I have lodged a formal complaint to the EEC and the relevant authorities in Cyprus. This company is violating customers rights and illegally withholding peoples money on a very large scale and needs to be stopped. Google and read the extent of what they are doing to so many people. Report them to the EPC and relevant authorities and police in Cyprus. They are a scam.
