DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!
I had a horrendous experience, was left stranded at the Miami airport, and tried to get in contact with the company through several of their “service support channels” to find no one to provide me with answers to why my driver never showed up nor he answered me in the chat in the app. DID NOT GET MY MONEY BACK.
Suggestion to the company: When you do not fulfill your end of the bargain give the customer their money back, it is only right and ethical. Your reputation as the scammer is growing rapidly.
