Beware! Left me at airport with 5 month baby - called customer support who said I had no booking. Had to find a taxi and then driver contacted me after I arrived at location (not his fault as they did not give me his details). I then cancelled my flight 2 weeks later, within 48 hour window, and they refused to refund my money; saying it could only be used as credits on their ride
