I booked a transfer service from gettransfer.com paid the sum of € 261 return. On the day of arrival at the airport we immediately called the transfer as indicated on the voucher. the plane arrived on time and we called the driver 30 minutes after landing. No one answered. So we called the Gettransfer customer service, but no one answered. We sent a WhatsApp message to Gettransfer helpdesk and after 10 minutes they said they would get in touch with the driver. after another 5 minutes they send me the driver's phone number. We call the driver and he doesn't answer. We text the driver and he tells us it's late and we missed the appointment. We explained to him that we were at the airport 30 minutes early and that he or his company did not answer the phone. The driver hung up the phone and never spoke to us again. We called Get transfer asking about it and they said they would look into it. at this point we had to pay for a new transfer from the airport to our destination for € 160. on returning home we asked gettransfer for a refund. after 1 month they still tell us that they are investigating. We explained that there is nothing to investigate. We have screen shots of the messages sent to the id bus company and a get trransfer and it is clear that both the bus company and get trransfer did not answer the phone and that the passengers were at the airport on time. WE ARE WAITING FOR YOUR REFUND. I don't understand how a company as big as get transfer makes use of the collaboration of NON-PROFESSIONAL transport companies. Gettransfer itself proves to be unprofessional and so far both she and the bus company have taken my money and will not give it back to me.
