GetTransfer changed my booking 3 times because they did not have the transportation I have asked for and after the 3rd change you have assigned to me a driver that did not answer any of my various messages through your application and the same driver did not answer your messages either.
I had the choice to miss my plane or wait for a ghost driver that never answer to my messages.
As I was left in the limbo I took an Uber and Gettransfer charged me 200 GBP !!!
I have all the evidences of this poor handling. I raised a complain that they would investigate but of course I had to chase. Please never use this compny
