Booked the taxi via their website to travel from downtown BKLYN to JFK. The driver called me and told me location where he he would be arriving. Everything went fine and the driver was very nice and the car was clean and fresh despite the slush outside. I offered a tip but he declined. He opened the door for me when I was leaving. A big thank you.
