We booked a transfer from Bali airport to our hotel.
Unfortunately our first flight was delayed, so we missed our connecting flight.
I E mailed as soon as we knew we were going to be delayed.
I had 2 managers come back to me, saying they would connect the driver. The driver never came back to them saying he will collect us later.
I then asked for a refund, they said the booking was non refundable.
I would advise you to not book with them. Book via your hotel, it might be slightly more. But they will definitely be more flexible.
