It was terrible. I don't even know how anyone can recommend this.
I booked a transfer from the airport to my home. I calculated the estimated time of arrival, booked the trip and paid the full amount.
And the flight was delayed - you know how it happens. All you have to do is sit and wait for the gate to open.
I tried contacting support to inform the change, and guess what they told me?
They gave me one hour to be there. They said the driver cannot wait for me. Well, it’s more or less clear, but that's about the change? I was told it was impossible. And if I want to make any changes, I have to place another order. So that's all I got, despite my prepaid I didn't get service at all. And even more, they don't do refunds.
Please be aware and do not buy good reviews, because they cannot be relied upon in unforeseen situations. And you won't be allowed to return your money.
