I accidentally entered the wrong date of our transfer and paid for it only minutes before I caught the error. They refused to work with me and said if I cancelled I would lose the entire amount. Although I asked for an English speaking driver, I tried to contact him directly and he wasn’t fluent enough to understand my request. Finally, I discovered that Lyft or Uber would have been cheaper. I definitely don’t recommend this app or this business.
