My flight was delayed and I didn't know what hour to reschedule the transfer to. By contacting support, I was able to reschedule my trip for a later time with no additional problems. Really liked this level of flexibility and understanding of the situation. If it wasn't for them, I definitely wouldn't have made my new flight.
