Booked a transfer from the hotel to the airport, but because of the long delay at the reception desk, I missed my transfer. At first I was worried that I wouldn't make the flight, but after a few minutes the customer service helped me to quickly rebook my trip. Even though I had to wait a bit, in the end I made it on time and didn't miss my flight. The main thing is to report the delay on time and everything is solved.
