I chose a transfer during rush hour, and of course I didn't take into account that the roads could be congested. As a result, I almost missed my flight, but the driver did his best to speed things up. Sometimes even with good service you can't always avoid traffic jams, but with this approach you can be sure that they will do everything they can to help.
