Booked a journey and stated we needed 4 drop offs within 5 mins of each other. They gave me a quote which I accepted, paid the 30% fee online. The next day the taxi company called me and said I would be charged more for the drop off’s. I’ve requested a refund on this basis to which they have sent back a series of emails avoiding the acknowledgement of my 4 refund requests to date. Still waiting to date for my refund. The taxi date is 6 weeks away so not sure why they are dragging this out when they can simply book someone else in. Shocking customer service and shocking company.
