We have booked a car from Geneva to Courchevel 1850 on 16 February 2019 and paid 100% in advance ($390). We received an email that we were assigned with a Mercedes Benz V class 2017. We have provided flight detail for possibility of delay. Our flight was delayed. When we arrived, we were met by a driver in unkempt clothes and led to a very old station wagon, with soiled and stained seats, full of driver's personal belongings and with BROKEN SEAT BELTS. We were told that because of the delay, the new Mercedes was taken away by someone else and we can take a ride in this hazardous vehicle or lose our money completely. When we tried to protest, and later complained to the company and asked for at least partial refund, the answer was that because of the flight delay the driver could charge us extra, but kindly didn't. Well, I must say that we would have much prefer to pay extra and be driven in a safe clean new Mercedes that in a disgusting ancient van with yellow stains on the seats and BROKEN SEATBELTS. The whole thing felt like a horrible scam.
