In spite of providing flight details, the driver said we'd kept him waiting too long (flight delay + getting through customs/baggage) and it would cost a further 30 euros to use his service.
We said no and caught a local taxi for the same price.
I complained to the company who said they'd investigate however I haven't heard back since.
