Read the T&Cs closely. The booking only includes ONE HOUR waiting time. Any longer than this then the driver has the right to leave and you are not entitled to a refund, even if you let them know in advance that your flight will be delayed. My flight was delayed by 2 hours. I emailed the third party transfer company directly and they informed me that they will charge 50 euros per hour for a wait time over one hour. This was ridiculous so I called up Get Transfer's customer service and they told me to send them an email. I sent them an email 2 hours prior to my scheduled departure time and they did not get back to me before taking off so I had to accept the 50 euro additional charge or risk losing my money and booking. This is despite giving them about 5 hours notice, so they could have just tracked the flight and showed up to the airport later.
