Avoid, no customer service support whatsoever even with prompt contact, to resolve an incorrectness identified immediately after booking, TAXI driver acknowledged the problem, but refused to also assist, instead determined to take the money and run. Such as shame for a company that should be focused on customer service.
Waited several weeks before writing this review to allow the company to resolve the issue, after several email exchanges and the opportunity to put this right, Get Transfer unfortunately still choose to refuse.
In summary, If you consider booking, be aware of no support soonest they take your money!
