This is nothing but a real FRAUD!
Booked 1 van and paid 80$ 1 week in advance from SFO airport.
The driver never showed up and I left me at the airport with 1 dog and 5 big luggages with no idea on what was going on. Tried to call the driver and the customer service for hours without getting any answer.
It took me 2 hours before I was able to find another driver through UBER that was able to take me to my final destination.
I claimed a refund through their website and shared with them screenshots of all the calls I made, messages I sent to the driver and recept for the additional car I had too book. After an "investigation" (it took almost 2 weeks) I was told the driver shared proofs of presence at designed pick up location and time and that I didn't not show up, therefore no refund.
This is completely unacceptable and it seems I'm not the only one here in the same situation.
I wish I had checked some reviews before.
If anyone needs a driver, please avoid this company because most likely they'll steal money from you.
