I booked a transfer months ago with gettransfer. I confirmed the transfer just before we went on holiday. The day before the transfered I wanted to confirm the pickup time only to hear the transfer cancelled 5 days ago but gettransfer did not tell is. We were in a ski village and could not get a taxi ( because of the short time) and had to take 4 busses ans 3 trains. They knew the transfer was cancelled but did not inform us.
I would not even have given them 1 star if I could.
