An Unhappy Carrier
they take the clients money in advance and are supposed to pay the carriers monthly after completion of the transfer, so far they haven`t paid their carriers since February citing the corona virus as the reason. they have had the money in advance and are refusing to pass it onto the carriers who have paid out to carry out the transfers.
