OMG! Very bad experience with this company. Booked and paid Singapore Dollars 543.17 on 26 Feb 2020 for pickup to and fro Narita Airport on 12 and 18 March 2020. Was informed by their online chat staff that in the event the booking is cancelled prior to 48 hours before transfer I am able to get full refund. I cancelled the booking 8 days prior to departure due to Covit 19 because we are not allowed to travel to Tokyo. They emailed back to say refund will be in 5 to 30 days' time. Till now (more than 30 days have passed) I have not received my refund. Reminded them twice via email but their reply was to wait "Until the end of COVID-19 pandemic as well as in all other cases...............". I don't see why my refund is delayed due to Covit 19 pandemic when they are able to take my money immediately. This is so unfair! I have lots of online purchases and transactions, etc. this is the first and only experience that I'm not able to get my refund for more than 30 days.
