I requested the return of my money from a cancelled booking and was told I would receive it back with 7 - 10 days. I was happy and waited but no return received. They have now changed the returns rights and I’m now told that they will be holding it on my account and not giving a refund. I will not be using this service again and do not want a credit on my account.
I paid with Credit card and they will take care of this.
