I am in the same boat as everyone else. I received an email saying my driver cancelled my transfer, and they found another one but it would cost almost an extra 500 euro. I rejected that offer and asked for my refund in full. This all started end of February. Every email and call I have done has resulted in a different answer by different people, and now am being told they will be holding my money for any future transfers or will refund once the marjorie force? is over. I do understand the global situation but this company has put a bad taste in my mouth and would never book with them again and tell everyone to stay away. They are a joke of a company and I do feel like it will be an uphill fight the get my money back. They need to get it together and have better customer service as I am extremely unhappy along with a lot of other people!!!
