i had the same experience as many others had described. I book a trip to Paris in March which cancelled due Covid-19.
I was informed that i would receive a full refund for the 114 euros i prepaid if i cancelled within 48 hours. i cancelled within 2 weeks. Vladislav Baturin refuse to refund me my money.They receive so much money from all of us , without provide us there services. Is this legal?
