this company is big scum.
we book with them from London to Stansted airport at 1:00pm. we received thanks for booking and the payment of £86. next day we call the customer service her name Anastasia, she said sorry the driver can't make it, we'll said you a voucher to us it next time. No refund until the virus is gone.
my advice NEVER EVER BOOK WITH THEM
