Do not use them whatever you do and read the user agreement!
I booked a ride to the airport over two weeks ago and naturally paid straight up as you do. The trip was confirmed and I received the email with receipt.
At first I was not able to contact the carrier and the number used was not working. I then spent the best part of two hours on the line with the get transfer team about it. I finally got in touch with the dispatcher for this so called trip and was assured everything was fine. Today, I sent a reminder to this person and was told the driver dropped the trip and to contact get transfer. Upon speaking to them again for the 100th time I was told that they would find someone else for me. I asked for a refund and they pretty much said they are unable to due to their user agreement and a whole lot of corporate rubbish! I now have to hopefully fight it with my card provider. They never have any issues taking your money but always have issues refunding it. Learn from my experience and don't use them!
