The worse service I have ever experienced in my life! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! A trip that was arranged back in July and upon the late arrival the taxi driver dropped my guests at a square area in Venice. Told them that the ride was only paid until this point and they have to pay €50 for the water taxi themselves! The quote clearly states and agreed until the hotel! After a lot of hassles dealing with Get Transfer team over email, phone, messenger they agreed and apologised for the inconvenience but wouldn't arrange a better solution than we have to pay an extra €55 to get the return airport transfer arranged. Totally waste of time and service without any empathy shown! Would NOT recommend and would NEVER use them again.
