The company is absolute fraud, their business model is based on deception. I have ordered the airport pick up service from Stansted airport before my flight I received an email that the initial driver is not able to perform the service therefore they have replaced the driver with the request to pay anther 30£ on top of the agreed price. I have immediately requested cancellation and a refund and I was told that the my money can not be refunded and will stay in their account for future services if i wish so. This is clearly a fraud and it will be looked at the regulatory public carriage office. I don't know how the company is allowed to do business in the UK with such fraudulent activity.
