Refused to credit my bank account and insisted in credit note. Gettransfer state covid 19 issues. On booking my transfer in June there were no travel restrictions, in cancelling my transfer in August there were no travel restrictions. I have just received my money. I instructed my bank through a 'chargeback scheme' and it worked. Do not use this transfer company, they just want your money.
