They take more money than you agreed on the app under the name of “service fee” which they say it’s %2. But here is the thing; they charged me 80£ for the travel where I agreed to pay on the app as 72£ and 64£ for 57£. It’s nonsense! I have sent several emails to ask how is that possible that they charged me more than I agreed the on the app. The only answer I got is, its a service fee of %2, which is obviously not true with a basic math. When I asked the difference they said they cannot do anything, I paid already, bye! and no more answer to my additional emails. Stay away from this app!
