Taxi transfer I ordered didn’t show up so I had to get an uber last minute. Get transfer will not refund me and instead give credit on an account to use them again bur obviously I don’t want to use a company I had a terrible experience with again!!! So now i’m stuck between never getting the money back or using the credit in a year or so or whenever covid is over to book a transfer that may or may not turn up. Absolute scam company they probably make a lot of money doing thus on purpose.
