I booked Kl tower (kulalumpur) from this website for our family( 2 yrs old kid. 8 yrs old kid and my wife ) they send the confirmation with some agent name and even I contacted them for confirmation n they confirmed. When I arrived at the destination Kl tower they say the ticket is cancelled. GetYourGuide do not have the ethics to inform the customer about the cancellation and they have just cancelled without any reasons. When I contacted the agent she was clueless and says I don’t know. Ridiculous and GetYourGuide booking will make your trip unpleasant. I DONT RECOMMEND this useless site
