I purchased the River walk boat ride ahead of time,when it came to the day to.use my pre-paid vouchers, I wad told by staff they were not any good & I needed to purchase new vouchers, and to contact GetYourGuide to receive a refund, which I did do,they replied saying no refunds, long story, At the end of the day I'm out $82.
It's a big scam,Definitely would not purchase anything through GetYourGuide!!! Definitely Creeps!!!!!
