Unfortunately incompetence is rife these days, and GetYourGuide is definitely a place where it festers. Do your research, and carefully check what you request or pay for. We are talking borderline scam here, and you do not want to be dealing with this when on your holiday… entry gate, boarding a train, or worse etc.
