Terrible company. DONT USE. They don't inform you on the app or via text or phone call on changes to departure times they email but who looks at emails on holiday?
They don't refund either. Our departure point changed by over a mile. We were on foot we only noticed after seeing our boat the other side of the Danube. We had waited for 50 mins at the departure point no signs up either.
