We brought a ticket and were not informed we had to exchange for voucher.
Our ticket did not give us the name of the office to exchange voucher, we walked around for 1 hour trying to find the office
to exchange
Then had to Forego ticket as we were late
Very confusing and NOT informative
Would not recommend this company!
