Neither site nor app would allow me to get to the point of paying for tickets. Contacted support twice to receive the nebulous response that I was blocked by the "security protocol". Even though I was never progressed to the point of entering any payment information, "our finance team" has determined I cannot purchase any tickets. If I could rate them 0, I would. I don't think they even have access to the tickets they are selling in this case, but won't admit it.
