We booked a day
tour from Osaka to Hiroshima in September and 10
days later they informed us that the operator
couldn't fit us in due to a double booking on
another platform. We rebooked for the next day
only to be advised a few days later that the
operator had cancelled the tour. We booked the
same tour via another platform which went
without problems. I think GYG were trying to sell
this on a cheap price but operators wouldn't
accept. Unethical, no trust.
