I just took a Get Your Guide day tour to Ninh Binh, Vietnam. The bus arrived exactly within the projected pickup time, the driver was careful in challenging traffic, the guide May was personable, knowledgeable and eager to keep her group happy. Everything was well organized, interesting, and on schedule. I'm not generally fond of group tours, but this one was particularly smooth, informative, and fun and I enjoyed it very much.
