I had a booking with reference number
in Venice trip on that day I already arrived around 15 minutes before but because of the location provided on booking.com I was struggling to find the exact point for the boat to leave and I was also continuously contacting the lady but she was also not guiding me properly because of that missed navigation I lost my boat and when I tried to contact customer service to adjust me another trip on same day they didn’t help me with anything and also didn’t give the refund
And second thing I also tried to contact on chat service I haven’t ever received such disgusting customer service your employees are really rude not even giving proper explanation and just doing formality on chat service
At the end I just want a refund of my booking and will never book from get your guide again
