We took a tour from Krakow to Auschwitz with a guide provided through GetYourGuide. The guide was extremely rude and completely disinterested in answering any questions. The moment you try to ask something, their only goal seems to be to get rid of you as quickly as possible.
How can someone like this be allowed to work with tourists? It’s unacceptable and honestly shameful. People come from all over the world to learn and understand – not to be treated like a nuisance. Very disappointing experience.
