Unbelievable feel and sharpness. I was always a but reluctant to try the Global (It looked like the handle may be slippery) and I was pleasantly surprised not only did it have good grip, but the feel of the knife helps me cut confidently and with slightly better pace. Even though it is extremely sharp it feels safe in the hand.
