Terrible, terrible service. I had a Bible verse that I wanted on a case that was rather long. The draft on their site showed all of the text, but when the product showed up (3 weeks after it "shipped") the text was cut off on both edges. I asked for a full refund and went back and fourth with their "service" for a few days explaining that the product received did not at all match the product order. Ultimately I was given a choice between store credit for the item, or a 50% refund.
